About
Acart is a versatile artist, working as a freelance composer, arranger, lyricist, live and studio guitarist.
Over the years, Acart released his debut solo album Ćiril Method (2017), drawing inspiration from traditional music, funk, and rock-jazz. The following year, Acart and his trio recorded an audio-visual studio album titled Studio Sessions (2018). He promoted his album Homo Ludens (2020), through singles and music videos for Kona, Oj vrbo, Miholjdan, and Nosite sirene.
Common Myths (2022) is Acart’s fourth album, released under the Italian record label Luminol Records. Two numbers from this album got their own music videos: Anxious Monk and Encapsulated.
This instrumental music release received international attention when it was featured in a podcast by Italian TV and radio host Bruno Vespa, the former director of news at Rai Uno.
Aside from full albums, Acart also released singles Pa plešemo (2021) and Vodi me (2024).
Symphonic poem Carigrad featuring over 20 musicians got released in 2023.
